Welcome to Tamil Business Tribe! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Tamil Business Tribe e-commerce store. By accessing or making a purchase from Tamil Business Tribe, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Information

  • The website is owned and operated by Tamil Business Tribe, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website.

  • By using this website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Orders and Payments

  • We accept online payments via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

  • Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations or fraud detection.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International Buyers:

  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

For Domestic Buyers:

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery time is subject to courier company/post office norms.

  • Tamil Business Tribe is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.

  • We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company/postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of order and payment or as per the agreed delivery date.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order placement.

  • Delivery confirmation will be sent via email.

  • Shipping policy : Estimated delivery 5-7 business days 

  • Return policy: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

     

  • Refund policy: If return and refund is  approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days..

5. Returns & Refunds

Reasons for Returns:

Courier Returns (RTO - Returning to Origin):

Courier returns occur when an order is undelivered and marked as RTO due to the following reasons:

  • Customer not contactable

  • Incomplete address

  • COD amount not ready

  • Future delivery requested by the customer

  • Self-pickup requested by the customer

  • Customer refused delivery

  • Door/premises/office closed

  • Pincode not serviceable

Return Address: Tamil Business Tribe, Printrove Products Private Limited, No. 89, Grand Northern Trunk Road, Building No. 6, 2nd Floor, Madhavaram, Chennai 600 110.

Action Required on Courier Returned Orders:

  • Returned orders will be stored for 30 days without any warehousing fee.

  • You can choose to reship the order within 30 days, after which we will donate the order to charity.

  • No action can be taken on returned orders beyond 30 days.

  • If a pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, Tamil Business Tribe is not responsible for the RTO and no refunds will be issued.

  • Address correction charges: Rs. 65 + GST after shipment dispatch.

Customer Returns:

  • Rejection by Customer: Since products are customized, returns due to size/color modifications are not accepted. A new order must be placed at the customer's expense.

Action on Returned Orders:

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or customer rejection will be marked as ‘RTO’ in the merchant panel.

  • Returned orders will be stored for 30 days before donation.

  • Merchants can choose to reship the order within this period.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations by the Customer:

  • If the order has been printed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellations by Tamil Business Tribe:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment or fraud verification issues

Refunds:

  • Customers agree not to dispute Tamil Business Tribe's refund decisions.

  • If return and refund is  approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including logos, product descriptions, and images, are the intellectual property of Tamil Business Tribe.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tamil Business Tribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
